February is Black History Month, a time when we celebrate the immeasurable contributions of African American and Black communities in American history and society. In solidarity and support of these communities, we have curated this fund to help promote the continued efforts to bridge the disparities faced by Black people in America and ensure greater equality. This year BCA would like to promote the following organizations that are dedicated to enhancing the lives of black youth and professionals. The mission is to increase the representation of quality candidates of color.
